Trauma-Informed Coaching / Author / Speaker

Your story isn't over. It's just been waiting for someone to listen.

I work with individuals and couples who carry pieces of their childhood into rooms it was never meant to enter - relationships, parenting, the way they speak to themselves. If that's you, you're not alone, and you're not too late.

Helping individuals heal childhood wounds so they can create emotionally safe and fulfilling relationships.

A note from Kandace.

If you've found your way here, something brought you. Maybe you've been carrying a heaviness you can't quite name. Maybe you've done the personal development work, the books, the journals - and something inside you is still asking for something deeper.

I work with individuals and couples whose childhoods left fingerprints on the lives they're trying to build now. The patterns. The reactions that don't make sense. The way old wounds show up in new rooms.

This work is slow. It's tender. And it's done together - with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment for any version of you that came before.

You're welcome here, exactly as you are.
